Amidst recent regional instability, concerns regarding substandard construction and rising raw material costs at airports have prompted a special inspection of key construction sites across Korea's airports by Korea Airports Corporation. The inspection aims to ensure the quality of airport facilities and strengthen construction management. The inspection will cover 14 construction sites at Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju, Yeosu, and Sacheon Airports, with 6 sites already inspected.
