Jeju International Airport has seen a significant increase in passenger numbers, with 411,952 passengers using the airport in April, a 18.4% increase year-on-year. Despite rising oil prices and challenges in the aviation industry, the airport is expanding its infrastructure with a 3.168 billion won investment plan. This investment aims to accommodate 5 million annual passengers and establish Jeju Airport as a leading gateway in Korea.
