US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to open the Strait of Hormuz, and urged Iran to abandon nuclear weapons. The two countries agreed on the free flow of energy and on the fact that Iran should not possess nuclear weapons in relation to the US-Iran conflict. They also discussed expanding access to the Chinese market for US companies and increasing Chinese investment.
