Iran proposal calls for end of war and lifting of sanctions, news agency reports

Iran has proposed ending the war and lifting sanctions in a letter sent to the United States through Pakistan. The proposal specifically requests the removal of OFAC sanctions on Iranian oil sales for 30 days and the end of the naval blockade on Iran. Iran also seeks management of the Strait of Hormuz under certain US commitments.
