Rubio meets Qatari PM in Miami to discuss US-Iran talks

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with the Qatari Prime Minister in Miami to discuss US-Iran talks. Qatar is playing a key role as an intermediary for Washington as it awaits Tehran's response to a peace proposal. Egyptian Foreign Minister was also contacted to urge the US and Iran to adopt responsible positions.
