Economic and Humanitarian Impact of the Current US/Israel–Iran Conflict

This report analyzes the economic and humanitarian impact of the 2026 US-Israel-Iran conflict, focusing on casualties, infrastructure damage, and economic losses in Iran. Based on Iranian government statements, affiliated media, and international agency reports, Iran has reported approximately 23,000 total casualties, including over 1,800 children and 4,150 women, as well as injuries to healthcare workers and relief personnel. Lebanon also experienced over 1,000 deaths and 3,000 injuries, with over one million displaced.
