US Navy strikes two oil tankers attempting to breach Strait of Hormuz blockade

The US Navy struck two oil tankers attempting to breach the Strait of Hormuz blockade. CENTCO released footage showing the attacks on the empty tankers M/T Sea Star III and M/T Sevda, which were disabled by US Navy F/A-18 Super Hornets from the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77). A third vessel, the Iranian-flagged M/T Hasna, was also disabled on May 6.
