An SK LNG tanker, departing from Saudi Arabia, arrived in Yeosu on May 7th, marking the first time a Korean oil tanker has used the Red Sea route after the Hormuz Strait blockade. This represents the initial attempt to export oil around the blockade situation. Additional tankers are expected to arrive by the end of the month via the Red Sea route.
