First crude oil tanker reaches Bangladesh’s Chattogram port since Middle East conflict

The first crude oil tanker since the US-Israel war on Iran has arrived at Chattogram port in Bangladesh, easing fuel supply concerns. This marks a resumption of oil supplies after a two-and-a-half-month hiatus, addressing anxieties about fuel shortages. Full-scale refining is expected to resume on May 9th, potentially stabilizing diesel, petrol, and other fuel oil supplies.
