Operation Freedom to turn Strait of Hormuz ‘back to way it was’ before Trump blockade

The US has launched Operation Freedom to restore freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that they are rescuing over 23,000 people from 87 countries who were ‘left for dead’ by the Iranian regime. President Trump has temporarily paused efforts to guide ships out of the waterway to finalize a deal with Iran, contingent on Iran agreeing to its demands on the nuclear program and reopening the Strait.
