Dubai DXB Readies for Return of Strong Demand as UAE Airspace Restrictions Ease

Dubai International Airport faced operational challenges due to regional airspace restrictions but is rapidly scaling up operations and showing signs of recovery with the reopening of UAE airspace. Over the past three months, it has accommodated 6 million passengers and handled 32,000 aircraft, playing a crucial role in international air transport. The airport anticipates future expansion at Dubai World Central to accommodate 260 million passengers and 12 million tonnes of cargo.
