UAE says defence systems intercepted missile and drone attacks from Iran

The UAE announced it was deploying its air defense systems to respond to missile and drone attacks originating from Iran. The UAE considers these attacks a ‘dangerous escalation’ and reserves the right to a legitimate response. India also condemned the drone attacks in Fujairah and called for an immediate cessation of hostilities.
